Are you a realtor and need a reliable and experienced person to prepare a property for market? In our career we have prepped over 100 homes for sale/rental, and occupancy.

We can paint and complete the punch-list and tasks needed to make any property ready for market.

Renting out your apartment/condo and need to freshen it up? We are available for apartment turnovers.

We often get calls to adapt existing home entertainment centers and cabinets to accommodate large screen TVs.

And we also get calls to reconfigure kitchen cabinets to accommodate newer, taller, and sometimes wider refrigerators.

We are now offering our services to three general areas:

Carpenter and Handyman in Metro-West Boston: The northwestern suburbs of Boston including but not limited to: Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Maynard, Lincoln, Acton, Westford, Groton, Lexington, Weston, Wayland,and beyond.

Carpenter and Handyman in The Pioneer Valley: And as we now have a base in Western MA we are also offering our services throughout The Valley including but not limited to: Amherst, Northampton, Easthampton, Southampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg, and beyond.

Carpenter and Handyman in The Berkshires: The Berks including Williamstown, Great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, and beyond.

And depending on the job we can serve almost any area!

We don’t want to waste your time. Please note that on occasion we decline the opportunity to look at projects. Some of the reasons we may decline include:

In addition:

We are not plumbers and offer no plumbing services. We can remove an old bathroom vanity and install a new one, but you’ll need a licensed plumber to make all connections and disconnections.

We are not electricians and offer no electrical services, however we can install some plug-in electrical fixtures. Note that we never make any wire connections.
